RETURNS & REFUNDS

All SWFL Spearfishing merchandise is produced on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligible Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may request a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is poor, faded, or misaligned
  • The wrong item or wrong size was sent
  • The item has a manufacturing flaw (stitching, seams, etc.)

2. How to Request a Return

If your order has a quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at: admin@swflspearfishing.com

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved requests will receive a free replacement or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by improper care or washing
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

4. Lost in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered, we will arrange a free reprint and reshipment. Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reporting a lost package.
